​​Restrictions on Participation

• You must not be a current customer of Finvari
• Finvari may suspend or terminate your participation in this program if, in our sole judgement, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any of these terms.
• Finvari reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the terms and conditions of this program at any time.
• You may not combine other offers with this offer.

Conditions for Payment​

• To qualify, you must become an approved Finvari user, activate your first card and spend $5,000 in the Finvari platform.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the $1,000 will only be paid once the company activates its first card and spends $5,000.
• The donation of $1,000 to the CFMA will be in accordance with the below.
• Payment will be made within 90 days of company achieving $5,000 in spend on the platform.
• Company must be current on all statement payments.
• Company may choose which CFMA chapter receives the $1,000 donation
• Only one donation payment per company.
